Keshav Srushti Mahotsav was
successfully conducted from 8th to 10th January in which
nearly 3000 people visited Keshav Srushti during the occasion.
The school participated wholeheartedly in the various
competitions.
The school also hosted
Science Exhibition at this time, awarding cash prizes to the
winners.
Swami Vivekanand Jayanti was
celebrated on 12th January, with the fervour by
displaying articles about his life and discussing the same in
the morning
assembly.
Children celebrated Makar Sankranti
on 14th January in true tradition with great fun
and joy by flying Kite in the school playground Makar Sankranti.
Class VII children distributed Til-gud in the nearby villages
and were sensitized about the living conditions of this
people.
On 15th January Class XI,
Science and Commerce students along with the teachers attended
4th Lakshmanrao Bhide Memorial Lecture at Kalina
campus.The function was presided over by Shri Ashok Goel, Vice
Chairman and Managing Director of Essel Propack Ltd and the
Chairman of UVLSS of Keshavsrusti.In his brief address he
mentioned that Shri Lakshmanrao Bhideji had concern for people
of Indian origin and wanted a school that would shape Global
minds and Indian souls and that UVLSS run Ram Ratna Vidya

To update the parents about
their ward’s progress in academic as well as non- academic, an
Open House was organized on 17th
January.
Outings are arranged for the
students in this month as well as the next as a part of
recreation and learning programme. Nehru Science

Shri. Kulbodhi Vijayji
Maharaj (Jain Muni) visited the school on 19th
January. He blessed and addressed the children to give
importance to character building rather than career building
in school life.
Havan on the occasion of
Vasant Panchami was organized in school on 20th
January for Board children, in which the parents also
participated. This was to boost the morale of the students and
to give them a more positive approach towards
studies.
Students performed
Suryanamaskar on the occasion of Rathasaptami, (World
Suryanamaskar day) on 22nd of
January.
Under the Teachers Exchange
programme – a team of 4 members including teachers,
Administrator and Supervisors from Arya Chanakya Vidyadham
Residential School, Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad visited our
campus. It was a fruitful experience as there was a sharing of
teaching techniques and other methodologies employed by both
the schools for improvement and development of students.
Republic Day Programme was
celebrated in school successfully. Mrs. Parvati Agong was
chief guest of the occasion.
She belongs to a royal family of
Bali, Indonesia. After which there was a
Parent-Trustee meeting wherein parents expressed their
happiness with the various changes brought out by the school
and healthy discussions about the growth of school in future.

The school believes in
constant evaluation for self improvement so as to meet the

survey of students and parents was done with random sampling
