Parent should use Uttan Vividh Lakshyee Shikshan Sanstha challan for paying Caution Money, Lodging & Boarding, Education Fund etc.

Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir Challan can be used for paying Registration & Entrance Test Fee, Admission Fee, Tution Fee, BOP etc.

It is to be ensured that the candidate’s name, GR Number & Standard are to be filled in compulsorily while filling the Challan.

The Challan has three parts and all the three parts should be filled in correctly with similar data.

On payment of fees with the Challan, the Bank will retain the branches’ copy and the other two parts will be returned to you.

The Branch will charge Rs. 20/- as processing charges.

The parents have to retain the student’s copy and send the school’s copy to the school by post/courier or in person.
