RRVM family celebrated Maha Shivratri in a traditional manner. The special food for fasting was arranged by the Mess for entire RRVM family. The students also performed Puja in the Lord Shiv Temple along with their class teachers. Students were enlightened about Mahashivratri in the Morning Assembly. It is a matter of pride for the school as our students have won laurels at various levels. Our students have excelled in the Mumbai Hindi Prantiya Bhasha examination that was conducted in school from V to IX in the month of November, of which 23 students received ‘Vishesh Yogyata’ certificates. photo

Three students from class VI, VII & VIII bagged 2nd position in the National level Sanskriti Savardhan Pratisthan examination.

Our students participated in the National Science Olympiad that was held at Kolshet, in Thane and have won 9 Gold medals.

14 boys participated in the Karate examination that was held at Chembur on 21st Feb. 11 boys passed the Orange Belt test, and 3 boys passed Green Belt and received certificates. The school also won the interschool music competition.

The grand finale of the intra school singing competition, Sangeet Surabhi of RRVM was successfully conducted in the school on 26th of this month. It was a real tough time for the teacher-judges as our students crooned to some foot tapping numbers of Bollywood movies.report 

The English Express Semi and Final Rounds were conducted on 27th February, 2010. This competition is conducted every year to judge the language efficiency of the students. The students had to qualify three rounds -Reading skill, Picture reading and Interactive skills, to be the winners. The competition was tough as the students had to be spontaneous. report

RRVM Science Exhibition was organized on the Science day, i.e. 28th of this month. The students were in their creative best with their models, from their syllabus that were made from whatever materials were available to them in and around the school. The winning groups will have a special picnic arranged for them in Keshav Srushti. photo

Children enjoyed parent meet every week in this month. Parents got opportunity to meet teachers to update themselves about the all-round development of their ward.

Holika Dahan was celebrated in a traditional manner at RRVM playground. Children enjoyed holi with herbal colurs and thandai. The festival of colours was celebrated with fun & frolic. photo

The Class 10th and 12th students are geared up for the oncoming board exams. They have been blessed by their parents and the entire RRVM family to pass with flying colors.
