Note :

  • Refundable Boarders personal account deposit (which is utilized for personal expenses of students) per term is Rs. 10,000/- Shall be paid along with the fees for each term in favour of Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir.
  • Fees of Term I shall be paid upto 31st March 2012.
  • Fees of Term II shall be paid upto 31st October 2012.
Please Note:
  • Registration cum Entrance Test fee is as per the school scheduled dates. In case, any parents want the dates according to their convenience Rs. 2000/- extra will be charged for entrance test.
  • Fees have to be paid on due dates failing which an interest on the amount due @2% per month shall be levied as fine for the delay in the payment of fees.
  • In case of two children, second child will get 50% exemption in Caution Money Deposit.
  • Expenses incurred on special activities, hobbies, study trips, excursions Extra Classes etc. are chargeble on students on actual basis and to be reimbursed by the parents.
  • The School will provide clothing for school uniforms, Kit and Blazer etc. (which would be got stitched by the parents according to school pattern) amount will be deducted from Student’s Personal Account. Books, stationary and other items of daily requirements of the students will be paid for by the parents. In addition to this medical expenses incurred on the child too would be debited to the individual boarder’s A/c. Credit/Debit Bills will be furnished to the parents at the end of each term.
  • After seeking fresh admission if the child is withdrawn within the first six months from the beginning of the term, the fees paid shall not be refunded.
  • While withdrawing your ward for next session a notice should reach to school by 31st of December, three months before 1st Term failing which the parent is liable for the late charges. Midterm withdrawals are also liable for late charges as per school's rules and regulations.
  • The School fees can be deposited in any branch of IDBI Bank directly.
  • The fee structure is subject to be revised by the School Management from time to time depending on escalation in the cost of living and development needs.
  • Fees will not be accepted at the School Office.
